Workshop ticket purchases are processed by third-party payment providers, including but not limited to Stripe. Your payment information in this case is collected and processed directly by the provider; we do not intentionally collect or store your complete payment card number, and Stripe has its own privacy policy and terms governing its handling of personal information.

Buyer's agency service fees may be paid by direct bank transfer. Where you pay by bank transfer, we receive and retain transaction records reasonably necessary to administer your engagement and meet our accounting and tax obligations – for example, remittance details, invoice records, and the information needed to identify and reconcile your payment. Unlike card payments processed through a third-party provider, this information is held directly by us and is subject to the data security and retention practices described in Sections 9 and 10 below.

We do not use billing or transaction information for any purpose beyond administering your payment, our accounting and tax obligations, and the other purposes described in Section 3.
