From Frustrated Investor to Most Data-Driven Buyers Agent

Before Prime Pursuit Properties, Shabab was exactly where most of our clients are — spending weekends at open homes, reading conflicting advice online, and struggling to know which suburbs were actually going to perform.

After losing a deal to an agent who clearly wasn't working in his interests, Shabab spent the next two years building the suburb scoring model that PPP now uses to filter 15,000+ locations down to genuine high-performers.
