Very Poor experience dealing with this company as a Selling Agent. I would highly encourage anyone looking to engage this company and trusting them with their hard earned money as a buyers agent to beware and do your research accordingly. In our experience to date, They offer inflated figures above asking price, often disadvantaging their own clients by making them pay more then advertised and then not completing the deal wasting their clients money and not operating in their best interests. I have dealt with 3 sales with this company and 3 times this happened. There are plenty more honest, buyers agencies around who do act in their clients best interests.
