After almost a year now, I still remember when Shabab shared with me his idea of helping me to look for an investment property with his sophisticated analysis, I was doubtful in the first place, but after some initial understanding of his methodology, I was getting very excited and convinced this could work. He helped me to narrow down my selection criteria focusing on those important priorities like return on investment, potential appreciation on the value in the next 5 years and more importantly whether it is hard to get someone to rent my property. We quickly locked in a suburb in WA which ticked all the boxes, and just within 8 days Shabab helped me not just identified 3 qualified properties but also managed to start negotiate with the best one among the 3. Then within the next 7 days we've secured a deal with the owner and I've arranged all kind of checking (pest, electrical, structural, plumbing, etc) and I've settled the property shortly after all that. Most importantly is I managed to close the tenancy agreement with my current tenant on the very first day when I put it on to the rental market, meaning I've maximized my return on investment once again.
